Half Day / Full Day refers to approximately 4 hours and 8 housrs usage respectively. Half Day's start-time and end-time timings should be 0900h and 1300h, or 1400h and 1800h. A Full Day's timing should be from 0900h to 1800h.

For any usage of venue after stated time, Smartteam reserves the right to charge for extended use. For up to 4 hours prolonged use beyond stated time, we will impose Half Day's charges. And when used more than the 4 hours of prolonged use beyond stated time, we will impose Full Day's Charges. Rental rate including use of microphone.

Any usage of venue after stated time to be charged accordingly.
No eating or drinking (except for plain water/ Chinese tea) inside lecture rooms. Fine will be imposed on either participant (offender) or organizer. Please ensure all loan items are acknowledge by the operation staff before the start of event. Transport to venue can be provided.
